The work consists of construction of a 36,500 soft metal hangar building with utility and site improvements. It will contain bathrooms, offices, and an armory with parking and storage areas for DPS piloted helicopters. Scope includes, site work, utilities, Concrete, metal fabrication, Framing. Drywall, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing insulation, and other finishes.
